My Practice Hi, I’m Dr. Ray Hill. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy I help families, couples, and individuals achieve happiness in their life by teaching the proper balance between their thinking and their emotions. This simply means we create our own reality by how we choose to see the world. What most people do not recognize is that we can choose that vision. Emotions need to be in balance with our intellect, and, if it is in balance we can choose to have a successful life. It is important to have mindfulness, i.e. the ability to learn to live in the present. I have helped many people see that their history doesn’t determine who they are. During our sessions, a spiritual orientation is available if appropriate to the client. Referrals are available if medication is necessary. Specialties:
